$490,000

AS - IS Cash only with a minimum 7 day viewing period. Not only a Krisel Model 8B, but also one of the best NATIONAL GOLF COURSE lots in Paradise Palms. It even has a back story - being originally owned by Walter and Mildred Zick, of the famed Zick and Sharp Architects. The good news.......an amazing view of the golf course and lake, dual-pane windows, relatively new roof, heat/ac, water heater, a full-sized garage with an extra storage room and a massive closet addition in the master bedroom. BUT, (there's always a but that changes everything) ALL of the sewer lines (under the slab and out to the street) need to be fully replaced. That's why we've priced it way below market, and regret that's it's going to be an all cash only transaction. The sellers are sensitive to net price, of course, and I'll be looking for a buyer who understands and is sensitive to all the nuance of MCM.
